Paul W. Jones is the former Chairman and CEO of A. O. Smith Corporation, where he led the company from 2005 to 2014. Under his leadership, A. O. Smith achieved record growth and strategic expansion. He is also the founding force behind The Water Council in Milwaukee and actively supports nonprofit organizations such as the United Way and The Nature Conservancy.

Greg Hummel is a seasoned partner at Bryan Cave LLP in Chicago, specializing in public–private partnerships, real estate development, and project finance. He also serves as Chair of the Chicago Central Area Committee and founded the ppp‑law firm. With decades of experience, Greg has advised on major economic-development projects and government incentives across the U.S.

Mark Hopkins is a proven executive with over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth across sectors. As Executive Director of the Chicago Central Area Committee, he leads cross-sector collaboration to strengthen the tri-state region. Mark has advised Fortune 100 companies and led national nonprofits like AAUW and the USO through transformational change. He’s known for implementing strategy with measurable outcomes, securing major partnerships, and speaking globally on innovation and development.
